      The compensation is decent but definitely could be better.

      Cons

      Micromanaged too much, by administration and an endless supply of coaches. We need more classroom teachers, not managers. Too many people in charge, not enough classroom teachers.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
