      District leadership and school leadership visions and goals lack alignment in appropriate areas, lack of development and career pathways for staff, lack of equitable resources, etc.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
