      Pros depend on your own school and administration. Our school has a great administration and reasonable teacher expectations with great student outcomes.

      Other schools have less supportive administrations and teacher expectations are sometimes unreasonable and frustrating.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
