Pros

Very flexible schedule. You can work whenever you like. You can go weeks and not work, or work everyday. System will call you or you can look up jobs online. Pay is decent. You can work half days or full days.

Cons

Looked down upon by regular teachers, 15 days a month you can work maximum, loud and stressful work environment. No benefits, which is why they place a limit on how many days you can work.

Pros

You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

Cons

South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
