      Diverse district with some good schools.

      Cons

      The county office does not care about school employees. “Students come first” but not really. Plus, they’re lagging far behind surrounding districts in term of pay.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
