      Being a teacher can be really rewarding. I love working with students, getting to know them as people and helping them achieve their goals

      Cons

      Sooooo much pressure from district level professionals that trickles down and has made me want to leave the profession as a whole (coming from someone with above average Milestone and district assessment scores).

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
