      Pros

      They seem to try to consider teachers feelings and they're organized. I've never had issues with HR.

      Cons

      They don't really care about breaks. They also need to be more competitive with the salary of APS and Dekalb.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
