      The pay is decent. It is higher than some other school districts, but your experience depends on the individual school or zone that you work in.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued. My experience with Fulton has been rocky.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
