      Cons

      Breaks and a duty-free lunch break are rarely attainable. Meetings before and after school are routine. Constant new procedures and tons of paperwork to complete with little time during work hours to get the work done.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
