      You are able to decide when you work and canceling an assignment is permissible if not in less than 24hrs The job is easy-watch the kids, give them the assigned work

      Cons

      Some schools have more disciplinary infractions than others which can become tiring to be sounds. Kids can be loud and energetic but not too bad

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
