      Individual schools particularly in the northwest area are great

      The district level is a nightmare - it’s too big, so they are disconnected from the needs of the schools and clueless about how their policies affect teachers

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
