      good place to work / a lot of projects. working with children / learning how to serve them better new apps to test and work with before deployment

      salary based on a grading system. HR critiques you, your resume, your prior work experience and 9/10 drops you at the bottom grade.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
