Pros

Good benefits, some travel, fun product. Great co-workers!

Cons

Product is complete garbage. If you actually take the Pops out of the box they are too heavy to stand and after any period of time, they fall over, refuse to stand and break a part. The parts of the Executive level team are unapproachable, ego manics, nasty and a clique. Worse leaders ever and horrible people. This is by far the most stressful and terrible company I have ever experienced. Culture is fear and free stuff. They want to think you are appreciated, but don't believe it. Any day can be your last. The leadership team has nasty nick-names for everyone. Everything and then some is expected (No work/Life balance) and nothing given back but free or discounted garbage. You are suppose to be grateful that you "get" to work here. You can choose to ignore all the negative reviews, but carefully look at the positive reviews - the few that exist, (3 "people" all wrote positive reviews on July 3, 2018, is that a weird coincident). Since the company went public it is only getting worse and worse. Only the worse of the worse are promoted and that is because they stroke the egos of the C team. Take the advice of so many before me and don't do it! Don't be lured by free Pops. They are just cheap vinyl.

Pros

The team you get to work with and grow with is the best part of the job. If you’re into the product, the employee discount is solid I suppose.

Cons

Near zero chance for career growth with this company, within the retail store itself or moving up to corporate. The company has been subject to frequent layoffs and “restructuring”. The retail store has had three different general managers (so far). There are associates that have been part time for years, yet working full time hours, receiving no benefits. The retail store doesn’t utilize its workers properly. Good, solid workers have jumped ship completely due to burnout, being stepped on, management refusing to correct toxic workplace behavior, and selective coaching. You’re promised the opportunity to grow, but denied the development to make that a reality.
