Lemme start this off, working here for quite a while I learned how terrible this place really is. Especially being in the security department I am so glad I have left the company. If you are applying to work security DONT the amount of favoritism, picking and choosing of policy following, and unnecessary stress you will endure is not worth the meager 16-18$ a hour. To this day I am still receiving texts about how much further down the crap hole the team is going. The constant drama caused by the joke of a manager who only shows up 2 days a week and leaves early at that. Who yells at people for taking up the responsibilities that they lack to be able to accommodate. The lack of security experience in the manager shows and it’s sad. You cannot come into work happy as the management will use you until your burnt up promising you something and never following through. HR here is also a joke and you will never receive a follow up for a issue you have. The company is supposed to be fun, but in reality it’s a gimmic that sells plastic to adults who use them to resell at a higher rate. You would rather work contract security or be homeless begging in downtown Seattle because these would bring you less stress. If you hate your life come here because it will finish you off
