Cons
There are so many it's hard to list them all. Starting with if your a woman, don't expect to grow with the company. There are a few that do, but it's pretty rare. Lots of back rooms shady deals especially if you are trying to change things for the better. Bonuses are based on how much brown nosing you do. Same with raises. Begging for the same raise as everyone else company wide got for cost of living only to be told that because of that you don't get a merit wage increase. You have 1 group that somehow screws everything up. But the leader is the first to throw everyone under the bus to save her own butt. Company knew the move was a bad idea. Did it anyway. To discourage hourly workers from Washington going they offered almost nothing by means of relocation packages. The gap of 16k between each level is insane. Especially since most of the houly workers had families and the higher ones did not. Hire roles from outside the company when the more qualified person is already there. Then demand that person train the new person that is their supervisor. You will be expected to train multiple people but you aren't a supervisor. They claim to be a family company but when disaster or emergency strikes your family no one even calls or emails to check on you or your family. It's sad because I loved working for this company and didn't want to leave. But the mentality that if your a headstrong or intelligent woman you will get no where just wasn't for me anymore.
