Pros
• Most people are hardworking and want to get things done • Ability to forge your own path (caveat being it depends on your management) • Company is not afraid to fail and try new things
Cons
• Inefficient processes and tools. While it's getting better, we manage far too many things in spreadsheets and the one "source of truth" is accurate maybe 25% of the time. • Hybrid or remote work policies are not consistent. Good candidates are passed over due to needing to be onsite while their boss doesn't even work in the same state. Sends a mixed message. • While the interim CEO and CFO/COO have done amazing things to turn the company around, there are still some very weak leaders that are more concerned about how they look to the CEO vs. actually making the right decisions for the brand.
