Pros

The people. Great community of people, lots of energy from leadership, lots of communication, and transparency from leadership.

Cons

Not a lot of upward mobility. Base pay was super low with promises of bonuses that we never hit because their goals were unrealistic and unattainable. My salary was 60k after almost 3 years of employment as a Customer Success Manager.

- Decent pay - Remote work - Company supplied computer, monitor, and keyboard - Activities on holidays

Cons

- Plenty of expectations, but ultimately the work environment is pretty friendly
