WORK LIFE BALANCE The leadership team has been so helpful in allowing me to have all the tools to succeed and have had such PATIENCE with me as I learned all these new systems that I was not familiar with prior to joining. Communication is never an issue, and I am fortunate and grateful for the opportunity to work here.
Cons
The prospecting is probably the most tedious part, but we are given all the tools to do it as efficiently as possible.
