Love the flexibility, 5 weeks PTO, and really cheap health care

Cons

People are spread out at multiple locations so you may not get alot of face to face. But they are doing their best to combat that with monthly engagements.

Excellent Benefits , Competitive Pay , Family Friendly company with a mixture of Family and Singles events. Company makes solid effort to push solid work life balance.

Cons

Company is making strong push to grow. Which leads me to believe they are looking to be bought or stop being a small company. They are adding more overhead and non billable employees to front office.
