      Pros

      My first position as a contractor has been with FuseGlobal. I have been with them for four years through Nestle Purina. FuseGlobal has always been a positive force during my employment. My fears about become a contractor were abated because FuseGlobal has been a positive partner in my business relationship.

      Cons

      FuseGlobal is subject to the whims of the company I am doing work for. FuseGlobal has always been reliable, but they can only employ me if their customer wants to continue to keep me on.

It's clear FuseGlobal cares about setting people up for success, not just filling a seat. I've felt supported throughout, even with the logistics of things like work travel, which FuseGlobal helped coordinate smoothly. If you're considering a role through FuseGlobal, I'd say go for it, especially if you want a staffing agency that actually stays in the loop after you're placed rather than disappearing once the paperwork's done.

      FuseGlobal is a smaller, growing Staffing Agency. I've been partnering with FuseGlobal for nearly four years and have a great experience working with the team. I love the business ethics and integrity of this organization.
