Pros
Fusion BPO Kosovo provides an opportunity to understand what to avoid in future workplaces. Gained some insight into how BPO operations function. The office is conveniently located and can be a decent place to start for someone with little or no prior experience.
Cons
My experience at Fusion BPO Kosovo was disappointing overall. The office is run with little professionalism, and there is no clear hierarchical structure or accountability within the management team. Decision-making often seems arbitrary, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. The HR department consists of only one person, who lacks a solid understanding of corporate processes and local labor laws. There also seem to be potential conflicts of interest within HR, which raises serious concerns about fairness, conflict of interest and impartiality in HR-related matters. Salary calculations are frequently inaccurate, and there is little transparency regarding pay or working hours. Many employees receive less than what they are owed, with minimal effort from management to address these discrepancies. Shift assignments are handled unfairly, with more favorable schedules consistently given to preferred employees rather than based on merit or performance. The COO of Fusion BPO Kosovo often scolds employees without clear reasons, contributing to an unpleasant and demoralizing work environment. Management also tends to adopt a victim mentality. Whenever the COO of Fusion BPO Albania (who oversees Fusion BPO Kosovo) visits the Kosovo office, the upper management attempts to conceal internal issues and shift blame onto employees instead of taking responsibility or addressing the root causes. Overall, Fusion BPO Kosovo suffers from disorganization, favoritism, and poor leadership. It is a mediocre company with serious gaps in professionalism, HR structure, and employee management practices.
