Pros

They hire people with no call center experience, very flexible hours, awesome coworkers

Cons

I worked here for 3 years, and never felt like a valued employee. So much drama with the higher ups, and they really don't care about their employees at all, so attrition is super high. Minimum wage, no bonus system or any room for growth.

Hours become long, but that’s just what comes with any good job when you put your all into it
