They hire people with no previous call center experience. CSR agents and SMEs are all friendly and helpful. Very flexible hours for part timers.
Cons
Low pay and no employee bonus program. Little to no room for growth. Management is disorganized, and they give the impression that they don't value their employees. Lots of drama within management
