Pros

Free Napkins , Water and sometimes Sanitizer.

Cons

*If you're 1 second late you will get warning with follow up termination. *You can't extend your meal or break by even 1 second. *TeamLead behave like the GOD and don't know how to treat collegues and some of them just don't want to help or even don't know the campaign. Especially senior supervisors, they scare people as if they are the ultimate boss of the company . They need to understand that we work with them but we don't work for them. *No initiative to make working conditions better from HR. *Basic salary to work as chat and call agent with no perfomance bonus till now. *Supervisor aka TeamLead aka Managers just use phone, eat over the table all the time while can't be used by the agents. *Too hard working conditions where they have status to mark for everything you do. Once you login you've to mark that you're breathing, pee, taking time off because of bad chat or more and if you get urgent call someday, you've to inform them first before you take it( wow for that ). *Can't use washroom for more than 10 minutes at work because personal break is "10 min for 8 hour shift".

Travel, wonderful people in all parts of the world

Hours become long, but that’s just what comes with any good job when you put your all into it

Cons

Fights every week & was management is terrible
