Pros
They give opportunities to newcomers (Montreal Office). Supervisors were nice and willing to help (at least on the campaign I was working)
Cons
Call Centers don't have a reputation for being particularly enjoyable work places, this one is no exception. I worked for 3 months at the Montreal office (luckily found a new job). The restrooms were in terrible conditions and so was the work station, slow computers, and the headphones were so worn that they were borderline disgusting. Management does not give the impression to care about employees.
