Pros

•people (amazing team and few TL’s trying their best against idiotic management) •it’s an English position which is so rare in Montreal •flexible schedule

Cons

•they do not pay on time (hence governmental investigation against them) •zero, zero thought behind the management of the company •zero security and few toxic TL’s •not paying people on time and saying BS excuses like ‚sorry u won’t be able to pay rent but that’s a systems error, will be fixed in 3 days’ •to get the bonuses they promise in their adds ($150 for finishing training and $350 for finishing 3 months there, referral bonuses) you actually have to fight and show proof that they promised that to actually receive them •once they tired all people that were hired for less than 3 months after hiring a ridiculous amount of new ppl when the volume of work was getting lower and lower without any prior notice or warning or reason

Cons

Hours become long, but that’s just what comes with any good job when you put your all into it
