Pros
I have been an employee with Fusion Connect for the past three years. The recent changes to management, increased visibility and transparency and the articulation of the strategic direction and vision of this newly formed management team has me very excited about the future and the opportunities here for me at Fusion. The Company culture has shifted dramatically and I am seeing positivity in all my colleagues even despite the COVID situation. Like many companies historically functions operated somewhat in silos, becoming more collaborative and cross functional by the day.
Cons
Would like to see the pace of new sales reps increase as we have a lot of amazing products in the funnel. Also would like to see sales reps coming from the cloud/hosting universe fill the ranks of our channel team to further accelerate our transformation.
