Pros

Fusion is a great place to work. I worked in Finance before coming over to Fusion for some of the largest banks in Boston, State Street, John Hancock and BNY. At Fusion you are part of something. When I worked in Finance I felt like just a number. Fusion gives you the opportunity to build lasting life long relationships. Commission is not capped and you can make significant money each month. We are in the office 5 days a week which gives me structure and everyone is here to help. Fusion is the best open market distributor of electronic components for a reason.

Cons

There are no cons working at Fusion. If you do not like a fast paced environment and making money maybe its not the place for you.

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
