The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
