Pros

The working environment is great, Sky is the limit for your income, the smarter you get in your business, the more you can earn and this could change your lifestyle from simple to extravagant in a certain period of time. Fusion facilitates all the necessary assistance for me to expand my business and I can just say its a great place to work.

Cons

It could be very challenging at the beginning when you see other people making money and you are not. It always takes some time and you must have the patience to cope with everyone's success around you.

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
