Pros

You’re well rewarded for your hard work- Strong compensation, team parties, sales contest and president club! Great colleagues at all levels of the company - Everyone is supportive of each other and we have a great time together in accomplishing the same goals. Amazing location in Seaport- So many restaurants and bars for lunch or happy hour. Great view of the Boston Harbor. Company travel- Fusion invest in you seeing your customers face to face!

Cons

Not a con but you must be motivated to run your own book of business.

Thanks for writing a review! We try to reward all employees that work hard between compensation, fun parties, and presidents club. It's a nice way to make sure everyone is involved too. We really try to have a nice balance of employees at all levels and we're all still learning from each other! We really wants to make sure everyone is getting the right support and attention that they not only work hard for, but that they deserve. We feel it's so important to visit your customers because that's how we develop strong, yet effective relationships. We really try to remind our employees that there is career path laid out for you. Fusion always promotes employees that work hard and play even harder!

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
