Pros

You can make good money here if you are a hard worker. The task is simple and there is a good work life balance. Expensive company outings with motivation purposes.

Cons

Micro managed even though you have the freedom to work with your customers the way you wish. Phone calls and internet acesses are monitored. If you are a minute late you need to explain. Traveling outside of working hours is a must. No possibility of working from home. No possibility of taking longer than 1 week holidays. Very limited benefits. No management, no leadership, no growth opportunity.

Thank you so much for writing a review! You're right, there is a great way to make money at Fusion! We strive to have a good work/life balance and cultural environment. As far as your concerns within the company, we try our best not to micromanage our employees. We understand our employees needs and we give them space to work on their own. However, help is always here if you need it! We do not monitor phone calls and there isn't a need to monitor internet access if you're working. Sometimes you do have to travel and stay overnight while visiting customers-Fusion pays for. We're working on having the flexibility of working from home. Thank you for your review and will continue to work on our improvements.

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
