Pros

Lots of money to be made and many knowledgeable people from the industry. Management is there to help and wants everyone to succeed. Individual successes are acknowledged and rewarded. Fusion is definitely a grind, not a place to be at if you are lazy or don't want to work for your money.

Cons

Don't expect anything to be handed to you, must work hard for your money

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
