Pros

Nice Office Views. Pay can be decent at times. Once you make the wise decision to leave Fusion, you will be able to see how nice it is to work elsewhere. I feel now that I left that I can really appreciate good leadership and a healthy company culture. So thank you for that Fusion. If you are the CEO's son, it is likely a nice place to work.

Cons

This place should be avoided at all costs. All positive reviews are very likely written by the Fusion staff themselves, the negative ones truly represent what the culture is like. Fusion constantly looses great talent because they treat their employees like children.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry you did not have the best experience at Fusion. Our location is amazing and we love being right in the City! Our positive reviews are not made by our colleagues, unless they choose to do so on their own. Employees are allowed to work from home during the pandemic and weather related circumstances. We have great talent in our office and we do our best by encouraging our co-workers to meet their goals! HR will address your concerns to management and we appreciate your honest feedback. Again, we're sorry it didn't work out at Fusion, but wish you the best in your future!

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
