Pros

- Been here for less than a year and I voiced at my interview that I wanted to move up in the company but would work for it and its in the process of happening. -There's a learning curve to what we do and it does take some time but once you find your groove its amazing. -Great Benefits (health and dental) - Management listens to what you have to say within reason -Boston location has the best views

Cons

- Not a lot of flexibility - Parking reimbursement

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
