Pros
A ton of growth opportunity in a stable industry. People who join can make a pretty immediate impact. I've learned a lot since being here and feel very supported by management. There's a lot of upward mobility here - they like to promote from within which is great. If you're doing good work, you can move up quickly. I've been here a little over a year, and the company has almost doubled in size. I like the fact that we have people here who are from many different backgrounds and can give different perspectives. It's nice to see a lot of women in leadership positions (when that's rarely the case elsewhere, unfortunately). Employee retention is very strong here as well. There's a good mix of people who had been with the company for many years, but a lot of new faces are being added. Since I started, we've had extremely high retention - particularly for sales (definitely demanding but you can make a ton of money - people who value that do very well). It's a morale boost to not lose coworkers.
Cons
Can't think of any off the top of my head.
