This place is extremely unsafe for women everywhere. Should have noticed the red flag when I was told on my first day this was definitely a “boys will be boys” kind of company and I should be careful with whom I interacted.
After witnessing and experiencing inappropriate comments towards me, other co-workers and potential hires, I was told that this type of sexual harassment was normal and there was nothing I could do because again, it's a "boys will be boys" office. Well, it took me getting sexually assaulted by a co-worker here to finally quit.
I’m really not one to go on Glassdoor to bash a business, but I think women thinking about applying here should be VERY CAUTIOUS. The company WILL NOT protect you. They’ve issued office fraternization policies that are not followed, especially in regards to an employee with a well-known history of harassing women, but “Oh well, he makes the company money”.
They are not what they seem, please believe the other comments attempting to convey the reality of what this company really is.
