Pros

The work culture at the Fusion Worldwide Haverhill warehouse was so toxic that it started affecting my mental health in a bad way. Every single day, I would hear homophobic, transphobic and racist slurs being shouted across the warehouse by two supervisors. The managers would arrange for us to stop working early on some Fridays while still being clocked in. They would use the company card and buy beers and liquor and we would all party on company property. This seems like a lot of fun until you realize as soon as the cameras are turned off and the liquor brought out, one of the managers would get really handsy. I have witnessed during multiple work functions a certain male supervisor slapping my female co-worker's buttocks while dancing and grabbing her by the buttocks. This romantic relationship was made apparent to everyone in the warehouse when the supervisor would make everyone uncomfortable with his sexual comments. He even asked me questions about my sex life. This was the most unprofessional environment I've ever worked in. Reporting harassment leads to retaliation in this company. There is no HR; don't let the responses from the company fool you. Since there is no HR department, supervisors can act as HR. Which is extremely problematic when that same supervisor is the one sexually harassing and bullying everyone. There are no checks and balances in the company. Money was okay but dealing with the toxic bro culture made me favor being unemployed and homeless over working with Fusion.

Cons

Toxic bro culture, sexual harassment, homophobia, transphobia, racism, bullying

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
