Pros

My coworkers are supportive and my manager is incredible. I have been apart of 2 sales companies prior to this that oozed toxic masculinity and I can say that the sales floor is incredibly friendly and supportive. Being here for over a year, I've experienced A LOT of change in this company, in the best way. Since I started, we've massively increased our presence of women and diversity in the office while seeing multiple existing women employees be put in leadership positions. We also seem to be making cool steps towards innovation and marketing, it's been awesome to watch. With this growth, there's been a huge push in employee engagement with Culture Committees, suggestion forums, more social outings, and Happy Hours on Fridays. I've been able to make good friends very fast here. Work here is just the right amount of challenging. If you're on the trading floor, you're making money like you'd never believe and if you are not, you're making a major impact in the company. If you want to work hard and be rewarded for it, this is the place. I've been promoted twice since being here.

Cons

It is much more structured than other companies - set working hours and completely onsite. The lack of hybrid/remote flexibility isn't ideal, especially coming into the Seaport everyday. This is definitely a place for people who like the grind. We grew fast, so at times it can still feel like we still have small companies habits especially when it comes to communication. Benefits should be reevaluated (commuter especially!!!), Comp is good though. At the end of the day, it's a sales company. While there are many new positions outside of sales, be prepared for a more buttoned up environment.

Thank you for sharing feedback about your experience with Fusion Worldwide. We have certainly experienced many changes through our growth in recent years. We are proud to have diverse teams throughout the globe and celebrate our diversity through company events and several initiatives from our Culture Committee. Along with our growth, we have promoted several employees from within and continue to focus on learning and development to provide career advancement opportunities. Due to the nature of our business that requires heavy interpersonal and interdepartmental communications, we do have a more "structured" environment with in-office presence of our teams. Nevertheless, we provide flexibility as needed to our employees to promote work/life balance. Our HR team is actively evaluating our benefits and strive to offer a competitive package as we continue to grow. Our Marketing team is working globally to strengthen internal communications, as we are aware things move very quickly in our industry and organization.

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
