Pros

1. Working at Fusion Worldwide in any region office would be the life time changing opportunity and anybody who has worked at Fusion for even few months would understand what it means. 2. As sales or buyers, you are like the CEO of your own company which you are the only one who can talk to the customer and build relationship with them in your own way. You will start from the bottom and there is only way to go upward. 3. You will be compensated eventually with how much you've worked and I am not talking about overtime hours. You may work overtime if you want, but no one is requiring you to. If you need work more to deliver the needs to your customer, than your effort will be benefited in some ways in the future. 4. Your 8 working hours a day will fly like a rocket. There is no "end" to the work and you will ALWAYS have something to do but really in a good way. There is NO meaningful work in Fusion! 5. The support from the management is endless. For any difficulties or concerns, the managements are open to hear and go out of ways to find out the answer. You can truly be who you are instead of being only "Fusion Employee" 6. The brand of "FUSION" is like no other and many customers buys our capabilities very high which helps your business.

Cons

1. It would be beneficial to answer your calls or emails from customers during your own vacation. 2. The market situation could change quickly and you must adjust to it. 3. Some skills that you require are born to be and can't be taught.

Pros

The tech stack alone is something most marketing people would geek out over: Palantir, HubSpot, Amplitude, a proprietary eComm platform. These aren't vanity tools. They're being actively used and built on, and leadership is genuinely committed to making them work. That's rare and it matters if you care about doing your job well. The culture is direct and fast-moving. Clear ownership, real problems to solve, a team that actually moves. If that's your thing, you'll thrive here. The office is in a great location, Summer Fridays are actually Summer Fridays (not a policy that quietly disappears in July), and there's genuine recognition when you do good work. Leadership cares about the people here more than most places I've been, and I've been a lot of places.

Cons

It can be intense. If you need a lot of structure or hand-holding this might not be the right fit. The pace is fast and the expectations are high. I personally consider that positive vs. a negative, but it's worth knowing going in. Communication across teams can sometimes feel scattered — we're growing and the infrastructure to support that growth is still catching up in places.
