Pros

* Executive team and Home Office Team is second to none! * The Company does what it says it’s going to do. * Support for the Field and Front Line Employees is excellent. * Safety is a core component in every decision made from the top.

Cons

* Some say busy season is tough and can be rather unpredictable due to the dynamic aspects of the industry. It’s not really a Con when you love what you do, especially when you know it upfront!

Pros

I don't have pros to say particularly

Cons

My experience with the company raised significant concerns about management practices, particularly within the safety department under Ryan Ennis. The leadership style creates unnecessary stress and confusion, and it’s hard to see how the team can grow sustainably under this management approach. One major issue is the internship program. It’s marketed as a pathway to a full-time role, but in reality, the company appears to use interns as low-cost labor without having the actual budget or headcount approval for conversion. Interns stay for 4–5 months doing full-time-level work at basic pay, and many are left believing they’ll be offered a role that doesn’t truly exist. At the same time, the company seems to be reducing full-time staff while bringing in more interns instead. Something that raises ethical questions and creates instability across teams. The turnover rate is extremely high, which aligns with what many employees experience after joining. If you’re a student considering the internship program, be cautious. The opportunity may not be what it appears, and the practices I observed were concerning from both an ethical and professional development standpoint.
