Openly, I would like to state that although I no longer work for this company, I have remained as objective and factual as possible in this review. I have not let any personal feelings obstruct the message. My main intention is to educate any people that are considering this company as their future workplace. CONS: - Upper management most definitely plays favorites - Training is underdeveloped - They expect more of new employees than they should (work and information overload) and actively seek out mistakes to catch you on - Instead of a positive atmosphere, it is tense and you are afraid to ask questions or make a mistake I worked there for 3 months, and in that time span, the company lost nearly 10 employees. There is a clear and definitive reason this company's turnover rate is so high: They do not seem to genuinely care for their employees. Their main and only focus is output, output, output. When a company's only focus is getting work done quickly, important factors are disregarded, such as: employee satisfaction, growth, trust, atmosphere, etc. A positive environment and especially TRUST between employees and employers are both conducive and 100% necessary to produce good work. More specifically, here is an excerpt from one of the most classic books written by Stephen Covey in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People that describes how FusionZONE operates: Stephen wrote: "I have seen the consequences of attempting to shortcut [the] natural process of growth often in the business world, where executives attempt to "buy" a new culture of improved productivity, quality, morale, and customer service with strong speeches, smile training, and external interventions, or through mergers, acquisitions, and friendly or unfriendly takeovers. But they ignore the low-trust climate produced by such manipulations. When these methods don't work, they look for other techniques that will - all the time ignoring and violating the natural principles and processes on which a high-trust culture is based." All employee satisfaction put aside - the work they produce (since they mostly care about the speed in which it is produced) is often subpar. In order to get work done quickly, quality falls through the cracks.
