Pros
It's always been like a huge (albeit now smaller) family. There's always been a strong culture of togetherness and socialising among 'shop floor' employees. New board must ensure that new reality of downsized company maintains that. Bath is a great city to be part of.
Cons
Like all media companies with a strong reliance on print, it's tough to keep revenues up in a declining market. Attempts to find a profitable alternative have foundered so far hence sales of some well-loved titles. There is new senior management in place which is yet to prove it has the answer, although one could apply that to most media companies in this digital world.
