Clear strategy for the future growth of the business, ambitious but realistic targets, open and honest communication from management about what is happening in all areas of the business, growing community within the business, offices are being renovated/updated (long overdue), Brands are global leaders that are still growing with amazing audiences who are highly engaged.
Cons
weight of expectations given the history of the company, some areas of the business still live in the heyday of the past, making them slow to embrace the new opportunities that the changing nature of media offers. Lots of systems/platforms and processes are being updated but this gives you the chance to shape the business.
