Business Outlook
Pros
Everyone working at SmartBrief is so kind and supportive. The culture is great and they are not micro-managey, dramatic, or have unreasonable expectations. My time spent here was great and I enjoyed everyone that I ever worked with.
Cons
It was difficult to move laterally which was the reason why I eventually had to leave. There were also a lot of changes made with upper management and a lot of reorganizations within the company while I was there. This did not affect me directly but it was chaotic at times.
