No stock options. Very hierarchical -- very oriental way of management. Some of the managers are very incompetent and don't really know how to manage. The Internet/intranet does not work half of the time but you don't know which half. So it's extremely counterproductive. Half of your day could be easily wasted in struggling with the network. The company does not trust or respect its employees nor care how they really feel. Sometimes the employees are treated in insulting ways.
