location is nice and decent for commuting against traffic.

Cons

The leadership lacks focus and constantly reorganizes the staff and business lines. Lots of turnover throughout all levels within the small company. Frequently terminates employees and then rehires them. Lots of nepotism within this small organization. Unqualified people in positions without the proper education or background also causes confusion within.
