Pros

We get to pick some of the things we work on and don't get bored with one project at a time. Extra week of vacation at Christmas. Big company parties and just went to Top Golf last weekend. Only one meeting a week to go to. I hang out with people from my department most weekends.

Cons

I wish I was more prepared after college (technical major). The training is more about company products and not OS and networking. Be ready to work hard if this is your first job.
