Chaotic management, unprofessional colleagues, and a toxic work environment. There is absolutely no work-life balance. You are required to work every Saturday. Management doesn’t care about you at all. In their eyes, you are just a tool. You constantly have to argue and fight with others. The entire company lacks any sense of humanity and only cares about how much glass is produced each day. The pay is low, but the workload is heavy.At this company, you repeat the same meaningless tasks day after day like a machine. It is nothing but a complete waste of your youth. You are just killing time and waiting for life to pass you by. You won’t learn any real skills or knowledge here, and it will do absolutely nothing for your future career development. After working here for a while, you start to feel like this is all your life will ever be. There is no hope, no future. You spend every day stuck in the factory, surrounded by middle-aged and elderly workers, completely cut off from any sense of growth or ambition. Unless you are truly desperate financially or completely incapable of doing anything else, I honestly cannot think of a single reason why anyone would choose to work in a place like this.
