Co-Workers. The Chinese workers who are not in a management position are hardworkers. The facility is in its early stages of Production.
Cons
Ever changing, flip-flopping policies that even Management has difficulty with maintaining and understanding. The lack of commitment to them that the American workers feel from the American management, from Line Coordinator on up, mostly due to Chinese upper management's "my way or the highway" attitudes and lack of planning and direction. From the point of view of the American workers, it seems only a small fraction of the Line Coordinators & Supervisors are, at the very least, competent at their jobs. This is due, in part to the tight constraints placed on them by the Chinese upper management, as well as a tendency to appear to promote those who fawn over management into these positions.
